Emerce top 100 2022
Emerce annually conducts research into the best e-business companies in the Netherlands. The Valley has been high on the list for years, but this time we were voted absolute number 1 in the category ‘digital full-service agency large’. An important appreciation for our know-how, value for money, reliability and flexibility. In conversation with Emerce, we are asked what brought us to this number 1 position. To answer that question, we're going back to our foundation.
Work that impacts your total brand and customer experience
With a large diversity of in-house expertise, we carry out a wide range of projects. Our strength lies in the combination of strategy and execution, providing experience and exposure: from service design, e-commerce, marketing automation and marketplaces to marketing communication and brand positioning. With Incubeta Maze-One, Penfield Digital and Nominow under our roof, we've turned out to be a successful breeding ground for startups and scale-ups. All different disciplines flow smoothly into one another at our office. Combining these forces attracts people who want to explore broad ambitions.
Giving clients the confidence to be ambitious
We work with ambitious colleagues, but also find it necessary to show clients they can think big. While answering the briefing, we love to look for opportunities hidden in the presented challenges. Our long-standing collaboration with Nike Team is a good example. They commissioned us to digitise their catalogue, but along the way we came up with the Create your Kit-tool that also led to more sales and better ease of use. This configurator, entirely built with 3D images, gives coaches and athletes creative freedom in designing their uniforms and shows precisely what their sports outfits will look like. A spectacular-looking experience that is awarded a Dutch Creativity Award and Red Dot Award.
The collaboration with Daikin also brought opportunities that had not been foreseen in advance. The heating and cooling specialist approached us to evaluate their Dutch platform and associated customer journeys. We looked at how we could sharpen the brand and showed how to offer more experience than product information only. This approach eventually brought us the briefing for Daikin's European platform too.
An open culture
Clients are always welcome and happy to come over to our office to work here for a day, even if no specific appointment is scheduled. It tells a lot about our collaboration and culture. We are proud of the atmosphere and the people we have gathered around us. There's room to be yourself, and to form a collective. That produces the most wonderful ideas and elaborations.
