BrandFocus is a positioning method developed by The Valley Assist Digital. This approach helps to sharpen a brand and structures all the experiences, services and communication so that both brands can improve their level of customer intimacy.

Using the BrandFocus, the essential parts of the brands will be defined, from the primary functional properties to the central emotional promise. Together this builds up to more recognisability for the customer. The canvas contains the mission (Why), truth (What) and pillars (How) of both brands. All are explained in detail and summarised in a clear canvas ready for people to use within the company.
