Basic-Fit has appointed The Valley to design a new digital ecosystem around the fitness customer.
This assignment includes a digital strategy, a new website and a native app for the five European countries in which Basic-Fit is active. The website and app will be integrated with the narrowcasting and a new kiosk system in the gyms. In the context of the digital strategy, a broad target group research will be held. In response to this research, the brand Basic-Fit will be re-examined for different European markets. This will be done through close collaboration between The Valley and Basic-Fit.
